Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Charges
Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹2000. For domestic orders below ₹2000, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

Lost Packages
In the event that a package is lost in transit, we will issue either a replacement or a refund.

Damaged Products
If your product is damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures of the damage. We will assist you with an exchange or resolution. No exchanges or refunds will be provided for any other reason.
